Deepak is the Business Head and Senior Principal Consultant at BMGI India, leading the Prosci change management practice. With more than 25 years of consulting experience across industries, he has helped organizations navigate large-scale transformations by combining structured change management methodologies with practical problem-solving approaches.
Over the years, he has partnered with leading organizations—including Max Life Insurance, Mercedes Benz R&D India, Reliance Industries, and Lupin Limited — supporting them in developing sustainable growth strategies, executing change initiatives, and embedding continuous improvement practices.
His expertise spans enterprise change management, Lean Six Sigma, and Design Thinking, enabling clients to address both the people and process sides of transformation. Deepak has designed and facilitated workshops for leaders and managers to build change capability, drive adoption of new systems and processes, and foster innovative problem-solving.
Deepak’s approach blends structured frameworks like Prosci’s ADKAR® Model with creative facilitation techniques, helping clients not just design change but also execute it with measurable impact.

Ambarish is a Partner at BMGI India and specializing in enterprise-wide change management and transformation. He helps organizations translate strategy into execution, redesign processes and structures, and build the capabilities needed to sustain change.

His work spans change readiness assessment, stakeholder alignment, communication & engagement design, innovation-led change, and performance improvement. He brings deep experience in customer-centric transformation, opportunity identification, design thinking, and supporting teams through complex transitions.

He has enabled clients to realize significant benefits—higher customer satisfaction, improved profitability, faster adoption of new processes, stronger cross-functional collaboration, and sustainable productivity gains.

Ambarish also develops BMGI’s consulting offerings and contributes thought leadership through articles and conference talks on change management, innovation, and operational excellence (CII, ET Now, Manufacturing Today India, Marcus Evans, and others).

Amandeep is a Partner at BMGI India who leads business and cultural transformation programs. Drawing on deep expertise in innovation, customer experience, and process redesign, he helps organizations reshape the way they work, accelerate adoption of new ways of operating, and build the capabilities needed for sustained performance improvement.

Amandeep brings over two decades of experience in leading large-scale transformation across corporate and consulting environments. He has guided organizations through strategic shifts, structural redesign, customer-centric change, and performance improvement initiatives across service and manufacturing sectors globally.

His work emphasizes change readiness, stakeholder alignment, capability building, and orchestrating cross-functional adoption. Amandeep has enabled organizations to achieve substantial impact—over USD 100M in revenue growth and USD 60M in cost and productivity gains—driven by redesigned products/processes, improved service journeys, automation, cycle-time reduction, and stronger customer retention.

A seasoned transformation coach, he has trained and mentored 1,000+ professionals in structured problem-solving and performance methodologies, building internal capability to sustain change.

Amandeep also led the transformation partnership with John Deere for its Farm Equipment business and Technology Center in India, driving innovation, operational improvement, and organisation-wide adoption. The India division was subsequently recognized globally as a Center of Excellence.
